As a designer, the page is just as much a part of the design as what's on it. For that reason, I don't understand why you would present these as two snippets on one A4 sheet...
Your approach in the second one is more successful but is sloppy typographically and could have done MUCH more to emphasise its potential naughtiness. Furthermore, it's hardly a completely straight story...
